Sweden’s Tove Styrke is back with her new single ‘Mood Swings’ and an accompanying music video. The single sees her explore her complex identity and personality, appearing as different characters and representing different sides of herself over the past few years.

Musically, ‘Mood Swings’ is reminiscent of some of Mark Ronson’s more recent work, but that doesn’t give you many clues about her new project, which she describes as “all over the place”:

This new project is musically like a fun puke! It’s all over the place, every song tells a story on its own and has its own mood. I got epic love songs that sound like the 60's next to tracks like 'Mood Swings' and crazy bangers. I’M not even ready. I’m obsessed with it."

Visually and sonically striking, ‘Mood Swings’ is an exciting taste of what’s to come from Tove Styrke.
