BANKS has announced a new thirteen-track album for April. SERPENTINA gets its lead single today in the form of 'Holding Back', though 'Skinnydipped' and 'The Devil' will both feature on the project.

“In the past I've been really tight and controlled, and I don't feel like that right now,” BANKS said. “I just feel more wild and free.” As a result, 'Holding Back' does just the opposite of what the title suggests, unfurling in a gloriously modern electronic fashion.

"This album feels regal to me, but also my most human ever. So I think it kind of touches both ends of the spectrum," BANKS said of the album as a whole.
