More about:

Trash-pop newcomers Shelf Lives—who star in our forthcoming Misfits Issue—are so over it on their brand new single 'I Don't Think I'll Go Out Today', the final taste of their forthcoming mini-album Yes, Offence. It's the duo's fourth ever song.

'I Don't Think I'll Go Out Today' is the band's most rock-oriented cut to date, their use of synths building and building until they reach an ear bleeding pitch. We really don't think that Shelf Lives will be going out today...

The band, who are currently on tour with Skunk Anansie, said of the track: "Straight up, this track does what it says on the tin. The last couple years have been a bit of a Pandora's box for most people. We all learned a thing or two about the World and how we live in it but with that comes judgement and sometimes even self-righteousness."

Yes, Offence Tracklist:

1. Shelf Life
2. I Don't Like Me You
3. Shock Horror
4. Mark Twain
5. Call Me
6. I Don't Think I'll Go Out Today
7. Fighting That Bitch
8. She Gon' Kill Ya

Yes, Offence arrives 28 April via Not Sorry Mom Records.
