More about: The Japanese House
Honestly, when has The Japanese House ever dropped something that we haven’t been instantly obsessed with? But new track ‘Sunshine Baby’ is on another level.

Featuring a vocal appearance from Matty Healy, co-produced by the dream team of Amber Bain, George Daniels and Chloe Kraemer - this could be the song of the summer. So easy and so breezy, we’ve listened 5 times and we still can’t get enough. Somehow managing to continue levelling up single by single as we move towards the release of her upcoming album In The End It Always Does, ‘Sunshine Baby’ is The Japanese House at their very best, reaching new dizzy heights of their continued collaboration with The 1975 boys.
Talking about the track, Amber said: “Sunshine Baby is my nickname for my dog, and my ex and I alway used to lay on the beach together being sunshine babies. The chorus is kind of a submission to the end of our relationship, but singing it in a positive light. There's a transience in every part of a relationship, and in the circle of everything it comes back around.”
Making heartbreak so damn catchy, we love this.
In The End It Always Does arrives June 30th
