Frank Carter has revealed that he will find it weird seeing someone else in the Gallows.
Carter announced last month (July 9) that he was set to leave the group due to musical differences with the other band members.
Speaking to Kerrang! magazine, he spoke about how he would be sad to leave the band behind, saying: ''I'm going to miss everything about Gallows. How could you not?"
On his replacement in the band, he added: ''Someone else coming in is strange and in all honesty it's going to take me a while to get used to it. But the new guy is a great friend of mine and I know he loves the band so I think he is ready to step in and have some fun. I purposefully went out to play that last show with every ounce of sweat that I had, purely with the intention of setting the bar high for him.''
The singer has already formed a new band called Pure Love. The group will enter the studio shortly to begin work on their debut album before touring in the autumn.
Carter played his last show with the Gallows at London's ULU on July 23.
