Steven Seagal has continued his pro-Russian banter, this time performing in Crimea on a stage decorated with the flags of Russian separatists.
This follows on from Seagal being banned from playing in Estonia due to his pro-Russian stance and being one of Vladimir Putin's BFF's (they bonded over martial arts). Previously he expressed his support for Russia's annexation of Crimea, saying: "[Putin's] desire to protect the Russian-speaking people of Crimea, his assets, and the Russian Black Sea military base in Sevastopol... is very reasonable".

Over the weekend Seagal and his blues band played a Saturday (9 August) show in the City of Sevastopol, the current home of Russia's Black Sea Fleet. On the corners of the stage the "Donetsk People's Republic" (DNR) flags were hung, the symbol of pro-Russian rebels fighting to break away from Ukraine.
According to Russia's RIA Novosti news agency, Seagal said that he had travelled to Crimea because music unites people. Reportedley he also wore a Putin T-shirt given to him by the concert's organiser.
