Boardmasters Festival have promised refund information will be issued soon, after the final day of the festival was cancelled this weekend (10 August) due to adverse weather conditions.
In a statement issued on the official website today (11 August) at 1pm, festival organisers have stated: "We're working as fast as we can to arrange refunds following this weekend's cancellation. More information will be released as soon as it is available to us.”
Today’s statement follows yesterday’s announcement that full refund details would be issued within 72 hours.
Adverse weather conditions from Hurricane Bertha caused the final day of the festival to be cancelled for health and safety reasons.
Taking place in Watergate Bay, Newquay, this year’s event was set to be closed by George Ezra, Catfish and the Bottlemen and Bastille among others.

Ticketholders have been urged to repeatedly check the festival’s official website for further information on refunds, with more details expected to be released in the coming days.
