Harry Potter actor Daniel Radcliffe has expressed a desire to play rock legend Iggy Pop.
In an interview with US radio host Eric J Lawrence, Radcliffe said that he one day hopes to play Iggy, because he believes that they have similar physical attributes.
"We've got a similar, gnarly, sort of slightly strange, skinny bodies," he said.

Meanwhile in an interview with the Daily Mail, Radcliffe chose to gush about his love of The Libertines, saying that he was "obsessed" with the recently reformed group. He added that he once ran into Pete Doherty, but neglected to introduce himself.
"I was obsessed with Pete when I was growing up, absolutely obsessed with The Libertines," he said. "And then I saw him a few months back on the train, having a cup of tea. I did used to worry about him when I was younger. I felt scared for him because of all the drugs and the lifestyle. I didn't say anything to him about it. It's his business. It's his stuff to deal with. Why would he want to hear anything from me?"
