Aretha Franklin has revealed an unexpected cover of Adele's 'Rolling In The Deep. Listen to it below.
The song is taken from the 72 year old's first album in three years, Aretha Franklin Sings The Great Diva Classics, which features covers of songs by Etta James, The Supremes and Chaka Khan as well as 21st century artists like Adele and Alicia Keys.
Franklin's 'Rolling In The Deep' is musically quite similar to the original, but with more vocal runs and considerably higher-pitched. There also seems to be a slightly unsettling amount of auto-tune in the verse.
