Lorde has tweeted her approval following her second apparance in South Park as 45 year old male geologist Randy Marsh.
The singer is currently in the middle of her US tour and tweeted to describe her delight at being included in Matt Stone and Trey Parker's series.
i have officially been the subject of 2 south park episodes and that is weird and cool

i don't actually watch south park but from what i can tell sia was involved and someone's mum said something really nice about me.. score!

The reference to 'someone's mum' comes from a scene where Stan's mother Sharon tells Randy: "Lorde represents something in all of us a truth that wants to be heard… If I could talk to Lorde right now, you know what I'd tell her I'd tell her not to let me change who she is." Lorde uploaded the clip to her instagram.
Loadingwell shit this is downright sweet. take that haters i got a south park episode ☺️☺️☺️
As previously reported, this week's episode focuses on transgender issues, particularly on the issue of Stan's dad Randy, who uses the woman's bathroom at work, where he realises his desire to become a female pop star. He then begins to record songs with auto-tune (including a guest vocal from Lorde herself on 'Feeling Good On A Wednesday'), whilst hiding his real identity from his family.
