Foo Fighters have announced that they're to headline two more European festivals around the time of next year's Glastonbury.
Fresh from the release of their latest album Sonic Highways, the band have revealed that they'll headline the final night of Amsterdam's Pinkpop festival on 14 June, as well as Belgium's Rock Werchter on 25 June.
Loathe as we are to further fuel the Glastonbury rumour mill, this means the band would have to make just a short trip over to the UK for the Somerset festival, which takes place next year between 24 and 28 June.
In fact, they'll have to be in the UK around then anyway, having recently announced a UK stadium tour which kicks off in Sunderland at the end of May and continues sporadically throughout June.
Dave Grohl also recently told Radio 1, "If Prince does it, and Oasis do it, you've got the Foo Fighters, how about that?" He added: "[Michael Eavis] hasn't called me. I mean, I don't want to give out my phone number on air, but I like palying shows!"
