Run The Jewels are to be honoured with two upcoming covers by Marvel comics featuring Howard The Duck, Rocket Raccoon and Deadpool.
The world conquering hip hop duo of Killey Mike and El-P, who released their critically-acclaimed second album in late 2014, will have their iconic gun and fist logo included in Issue 45 of 'Deadpool' and Issue Two of 'Howard the Duck'.
As Rolling Stone reports, the idea came directly from Marvel editor-in-chief Axel Alonso, who was inspired by the "Tag the Jewels" graffiti project and his son's love for the group.

Run The Jewels' EL-P said: "We didn't know it was happening. We just got told it was happening and we were like, 'You can’t be serious, that's not possible, how is that even possible?' Then they showed us the covers. And it's f***ing crazy."
"I knew it was happening potentially," reveals Killer Mike, "but when it came all the way through, I was dancing around the room in my Polo underwear."
Run The Jewels have announced a date at London's Forum on 7 June and will also be playing at Leeds and Reading festival. Buy tickets here.
