Chic featuring Nile Rodgers have announced they will be playing a handful of UK shows next month to mark the release of first Chic single in 23 years, 'I'll Be There'.
Speaking about the decision to tour the new materal here first, Rodgers said: “Our fans in the UK are some of the greatest in the world so we’re really excited to bring them our new single first...and that’s why we’re coming over to play these live shows next month! See you there!"
The legendary songwriter and guitarist will kick off the tour in London and play dates in Leeds, Glasgow, Manchester and Birmingham. Tickets go on sale on 11 February. For tickets and more information, click here.

Wed March 25 2015 - BIRMINGHAM O2 Academy Birmingham
Chic will also play Elton John's Grammy Party on 22 February and will support Kylie Minogue at British Summer Time Hyde Park on 21 June.
The news comes after the disco favourite announced a new Chic album will be released in June and was snapped in the studio with Lady Gaga.
