Following her the unveiling of the her huge new track and video and new album announcement, Florence + The Machine are the first act to be confirmed for Radio One's Big Weekend in Norwich - her first UK gig of 2015.
While rumoured to headline either Glastonbury or Reading & Leeds festivals, it will in fact be Norwich that hosts the live return of Florence Welch and co.
"There's an alchemy that happens in performance," Welch told BBC Radio One's Nick Grimshaw. "Making a record you put all your emotions in one place. When you perform it's about everyone else's experience as well. It's quite freeing."
Quizzed on what it's like to be back, she replied: "It's a bit nerve-wracking because I haven't done any interviews or anything, this is one of my first. It's good to have stuff to show people, making a record is such an insular process…it all gets quite quiet and introverted, and then all of a sudden you have to come out and present it. I felt like a bit of a hermit really, so it goes from naught to 60."
