The prospect of seeing hip-hop pioneers Public Enemy taking the stage in London is a tempting one, particularly after they celebrated their own 25-year anniversaryin 2013. Likewise, founding Wu-Tang Clan member GZA will be showcasing new album Dark Matter which, appropriately enough for Wu-Tang's 'spiritual leader', is about a journey through space and time, and will be released later this year.
For something completely different The Jesus & Mary Chain live reputation precedes them. Despite having only released a few new songs since their reformation in 2007, their debut Psychocandy remains seminal 30 years after its release, and the band will perform it in full at the Roundhouse, supported by Bardo Pond.
The shows themselves mark the two decades that have passed since Mogwai first formed and began writing music together. Last year's album Rave Tapes, the band's eighth, was their first to break into the UK Top Ten and also saw the highest vinyl sales of any of the year.
