Janella Monae has posted the perfect retort to a Twitter user who begged her to stop wearing suits and "be sexy."
The singer released the video for her Jidenna collaboration 'Yoga' early today, which features Monae and a posse of dancers doing a sort of intrepretative yoga dance. It also, incidentally, borrows its opening frame from Birdman.

Given that the song includes the lyrics, "Sometimes I'm peachy, and sometimes I'm vulgar / Even when I’m sleeping I got one eye open / You cannot police me, so get off my areola", it's hardly surprising that Monae had such a perfect response to an offensively sexist tweet.
Twitter user @mellow_saa tweeted Monae to say, "girl stop being so soulful and be sexy..tired of those dumbass suits..you fine but u too damn soulful man." Monae's response? "Sit down. I'm not for male consumption." To his credit, the ill-advised fan responded with a simple, "Yes mam."
@mellow_saa sit down. I'm not for male consumption.

'Yoga' is taken from the forthcoming compilation album Eephus, which will feature the first acts to emerge from Monae's new Wondaland label.
