Liam Maher (centre) was the singer of early nineties baggy band Flowered Up and died aged 41 on October 20th. Born in North London in 1968, Maher formed Flowered Up in Camden in 1990 and released one Madchester-esque album 'A Life With Brian' in 1991 before their split three years later. The group scored four top 40 hits in the UK with 'Take It', 'It's On', 'Weekender' and a cover of the Right Said Fred track 'Don't Talk Just Kiss'.
