August 30, 1992: Amid rumours of rehab and his deteriorating health, Kurt Cobain is brought onstage in a wheelchair and hospital smock as Nirvana perform one of the greatest headline sets in festival history on the hallowed main stage at Reading.
As the world pays respect to Cobain after the 20th anniversary of his death and as Nirvana are finally inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame, take a moment to appreciate this blistering and seminal performance from a band in their prime, when grunge was at the peak of its zeitgeist-defining power.
