A truly extraordinary live act, D'Angelo has returned after years in the wilderness with a near religious experience as a live act. He has announced a second London show at Eventim Apollo on 20 July after huge demand for his show at The Roundhouse on 13 July. If reports of his previous show at the Apollo are anything to go by, any fans are in for an awe-inspiring experience.

Taking on the role of band leader D’Angelo has handpicked an award-winning group of muicians inclduing bassist Pino Palladino, guitarists Jesse Johnson and Isaiah Sharkey, keyboardist Cleo "Pookie" Sample and drummer Chris “Daddy” Dave.
The much anticipated Black Messiah was released in December 2014, ending D'Angelo's fans' agonising 14-year wait for new material since his 2000 smash hit Voodoo. D'Angleo had a tumultuous relationship with his fame since 'Voodoo', but finally returned to the beckoning call of the spotlight in 2012 - and he is now touring once again, to his fans absolute delight.
