The hacker who leaked Madonna's latest album Rebel Heart has been slapped with a 14 month prison sentence.
Adi Lederman released a handful of demos and half-finished tracks from the at-the-time upcoming album Rebel Heart, back in December. He was arrested in January this year after a substantial investigation taken on by both the FBI and Israeli Police forces.
According to court documents obtained by The Hollywood Reporter, Lederman was charged for computer trespassing, prohibited secret monitoring, obstructing investigation and copy infringement. He had hacked into the cloud accounts of numerous Madonna associates including her manager. On top of the 14 month sentence, the hacker has been fined NIS 15,000 (roughly £2500).

The promotion for leaked album was not the smoothest build-up to a release with Madonna's comparing internet leaks to "artistic rape" and releasing some risqué Instagram art using the images of Martin Luther King Jr, Jesus and Nelson Mandela to introduce her #RebelHeart aesthetic.
In the end Rebel Heart became the Queen of Pop's worst selling record in 20 years.
More recently, Madonna has enlisted comedian Amy Schumer to open for her three New York shows this September.
