With just a day to go before they embark on an extensive UK tour, Massive Attack have launched an innovative new app, which gives fans the chance to preview new music.
It's been six years now since the band released their fifth album, Heligoland -- and they haven't toured or made new music since. Now, they've launched an app called Fantom, designed in part by the group's Robert del Naja.
It's a "sensory music player" which remixes and reforms songs using a variety of environmental variables, including your location, movements, time of day, heartbeat and the integral moving image camera.
Perhaps more excitingly, it also features new music - according to the band's official Twitter account. Try it out here now.
