Ryan Adams has revealed that his Taylor Swift covers album is "at the finish line" now, and is set for mixing and mastering this week.
Adams announced his plans to cover the popstar's sensational 1989 album at the start of August. He's since been documenting the entire process over Twitter and Instagram, posting various previews and photos.
Having previously teased 'Welcome to New York', 'Shake It Off', 'Style and 'Blank Space', earlier this week Adams tweeted out a clip of 'This Love' captioned "Finish Line" as well as giving us the news that the record was ready to be mixed and mastered.

As excited as the fans are about this project, we don't think it can match Taylor's own enthusiasm towards the record. When the news dropped, she tweeted, "Cool I'm not gonna be able to sleep tonight or ever again and I'm going to celebrate today every year as a holiday."
Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, Swift has said that she expects the record be "something really special".
"Ryan Adams is one of the artists who shaped my songwriting," she added. "My favourite part of his style of creating music is his ability to bleed aching vulnerability into it, and that’s what he's done with his cover project of my album 1989."
