Brooklyn trouble-makers and five-piece, Fort Lean, have premiered their woozy new track, 'Buddy Boy' on Gigwise first. Check it out below.

It's been more than a decade since the band formed in Wesleyan University and crafted their laid-back and void-filling infusion of psychedelic and indie-rock. The band have already released two EPs in the States but are set to release their debut UK EP New Hobbies on 18 September.

Fort Lean's new track, 'Buddy Boy', is reminiscent of a hazy misadventure that cultivates a hunger for the sentimental. Like a Mac DeMarco record span on the wrong speed and with a few more dimensions, the track is deep enough to get lost in but rich in invigorating nuances to keep the track from being lost to the ether.

New Hobbies is out 18 September on Ooh La La Records. Fort Lean have previously toured with the likes of Haim, Future Islands and Unknown Mortal Orchestra so be sure to get on board with them before they blow up.
