As the rumour mill for Glastonbury 2016 continues to spin, another huge has re-emerged in the list of potential headliners.
While Coldplay are currently favourites, alongside the likes of Adele and Foo Fighters, Muse are keen to play too - but another act that have long been tipped are Queen with Adam Lambert.
"Why do we even care about the rumours baby? I don't know," Lambert told Bang Showbiz when the rumours were put to him. "That's the first time hearing of it so I don't know. If they invited me, yes of course I would."
When quizzed on the rumours earlier this year, guitarist Brian May replied: "Look these things get put on the table, it would be interesting to do Glastonbury if we were an operational unit at the time."

Speaking to Gigwise about the chances of recording new Queen material with Lambert, May replied: "Not at the moment anyway, we might do. At the moment we're watching with interest while Adam pursues his solo career, and it seems to be going very well. He's an amazing, amazing artist, and there's no getting away from that. It's very interesting to watch him develop.
"We're very conscious that he doesn't want to be with us all the time - that would be so wrong, for us to just envelop him and never let him go off and do anything else, so it's very important that his own career is progressing now."
Meanwhile, Adam Lambert released his new solo album The Original High back in June, while Queen are gearing up to release a classic 1975 album and live DVD, Live At The Odeon.
