Public Service Broadcasting go all out for new 'Sputnik' video

The band shot the visuals at a very special location

 

Public Service Broadcasting go to Manchester The Race For Space Photo:

Public Service Broadcasting have unveiled the video for the latest single from The Race For Space, ‘Sputnik’. All systems are go in the wonderful visual companion and you can watch it below, via The Independent.

In an unprecedented event, the band were granted access to shoot the music video at Jodrell Bank Observatory in Manchester - a perfect location for the sonics and space-fuelled narratives of their music. It was especially fitting for one of the most exciting tracks on the band's second studio album, The Race For Space.

The innoative rockers were supposed to be playing a number of UK dates this month, but were forced to re-arrange the shows for next February due to "family issues." Check out the re-arranged dates below and click here to buy tickets and find out more.

Public Service Broadcasting also told The Independent about their recent shows supporting The Editors. "Playing to other bands’ crowds is always a bit of a challenge, but we like that.. they seemed to respond fairly well to us. We’re a bit odd though, so you never really know how it’s going to go down!"
