Kanye West has taken to social media to request privacy as he finishes new album SWISH and his next clothing range. While previously airing songs like ‘All Day’ and ‘Only One’, the rapper has yet to clarify a release date for album number seven – suggesting a surprise release will be in order.
Outspoken as ever, West posted a tweet to confirm that he is putting the finishing touches to his work. He then followed up with a demanding, caps-heavy message to his followers. Check out the tweets below.
I’m finishing my album and my next collection…

And in true Yeezy fashion, his messages were met with the usual voices of disapproval. But, we admit it, they’re kinda hilarious.
.@kanyewest Do you have time to catch up over coffee in the next week or two?

In a September interview, West described SWISH as a “two year painting” and explained it could take up to 12 months for the record to see the light of day. Judging by this latest update, we’re going to have to play the waiting game just a little longer.
West and his wife recently confirmed the birth of their second child, baby boy Saint. Unsurprisingly, social media was once again rife with reactions, ranging from confusion to downright ridicule.
Meanwhile, footage of the ‘Gold Digger’ rapper's guest lecture at Oxford University’s Guild Society surfaced online last week. The must-watch video sees West touching on various subjects such as art, family, philosophy and politics.
