Polica are back, and they sound incredible. Following on from the brooding intensity of 'Dark Star', is the far more dimensional 'Lime Habit'. They've also announced a new tour date in London.

With a more tropical sense of rhythm, 'Lime Habit' shows Polica's electro-noir given more shades of colour around the edges than from what we heard on the brilliant Shulahsmith. We're pretty excited for new album United Crushers - due for release on 4 March.

"These lyrics are most diary like of any of the other songs on United Crushers," says singer Channy Leaneagh of 'Lime Habit'. "It’s all observations on my mode of operation and how it affects where I go. I’m speaking to myself mostly; ;never in the corner is the luck of life . . . so get out of the corner and . . . you see up higher but you’re never in style'."

We wonder if Prime Minister David Cameron enjoys this album as much as the last one...
