Taking a break from their epic Drones world tour, Muse frontman Matt Bellamy and girlfriend Elle Evans were seen donning fancy dress and preparing for the zombie apocalypse at London's Secret Cinema.
The immersive film experience this time is focussed around 28 Days Later, with Som Wardner of My Vitriol and Sarah Barthel of Muse's support band Phantogram also in attendance - before the band took to the stage at London's O2 Arena over the weekend.
“That was brilliant, it was just the escape we needed," said Bellamy, known for his love of apocalyptic themes. "I love the film and Secret Cinema's production was great."
Last week, Muse made headlines when one of their inflatable drones crashed into the crowd during one of their residency shows at The O2. Meanwhile, the band are gearing up to headline Glastonbury - with Bellamy inviting fellow headliner Adele on stage to duet with them.
Muse's final UK show of their Drones tour will call at the SSE Hydro Arena in Glasgow with Nothing But Thieves tonight (Monday 18 April) before rolling into Europe. For tickets and more information, visit here.
