The music world has reacted in horror to the terrorist truck attack in Nice on Bastille Day.

As the BBC reports, at least 84 people were killed when a truck smashed through a crowd in the Southern French city of Nice, where men, women and children were out in the streets to celebrate the national holiday of Bastille Day last night (Thursday 14 July).

Guns and grenades were found inside the lorry, as President Francois Hollande said the attack was of "an undeniable terrorist nature".

The music world has spoken out to mourn the victims, and yet another horiffic terror attack.

Rihanna was due to play Nice this evening, but has cancelled her gig in memory of those who died, writing: "Due to the tragic events in #Nice, my concert scheduled for tomorrow July 15 at Allianz Stadium will not be going ahead as planned. Our thoughts are with the victims and their families".

The likes of Brian May, Liam Fray, Lady Gaga and many more have also spoken out:
