The 1975, Mumford & Sons, and Fleet Foxes are set to headline Latitude Festival 2017. For Mumford & Sons and Fleet Foxes it's a UK festival exclusive.

The event, which is held in the stunning grounds of Henham Park in Suffolk 13-16 July, sees Brit Award winning band The 1975 take the Friday headline slot, Mumford's play Saturday, and Fleet Foxes Sunday. Tickets are on sale now

The 1975 are also headlining at Parklife and seem to be fastracking to the top of the industry since the release of their second Mercury Prize nominated album, I Like It When You Sleep, for You Are So Beautiful Yet So Unaware of It. The band were on incredible form at their recent intimate gig in Tufnell Park Dome and had all the hallmarks of a great headliner with their innovative take on pop – a show not to miss and they’ll undoubtedly rise to the occasion and pull out all the stops to make sure it’s one to remember.

Mumford & Sons' Saturday slot is far from ordinary. They’ve announced it as one of their Gentlemen of The Road tour shows. It’s something they conceived in 2012 and it has an emphasis of playing small places that regularly miss out on touring acts. For Latitude they've got quite a big takeover: they play the headline slot with special guest Baaba Maal, and they curate the day's line up across four stages. Glass Animals and Lucy Rose will support them on the main stage. For other stages, Jack Garratt, Sohn Maggie Rogers, Declan McKenna, and Lemon Twigs are among the picks.

Of the collaboration with Latitude, Mumford & Sons said: "It's one of the most exciting things we're doing this year. Ever since we started working on Gentlemen of The Road Stopovers we've really enjoyed curating line-ups and sharing not only our own , but also sharing music of artists who we love and are listening to regularly. “It's almost like creating a mix tape for a best friend, but instead it's a whole day of music, across multiple stages, with 40,000 people!”

Meanwhile, Fleet Foxes will be playing their first UK show in five years. They're one of the best American bands of their style to hit these shores since Crosby, Still, Nash & Young and they will be the highlight of the weekend. They teased their comeback for sometime after such a lengthy break, and we thoroughly look forward to their new album and this show.

Other festival highlights will be Placebo, Ride, The Horrors, and Kurupt FM. It'll be interesting to see how Kurupt FM get along with Mumford & Sons. See the lineup so far below:
