Black Eyed Peas, Keane, Feeder and Texas have been unveiled as main stage support acts for Robbie Williams at Barclaycard British Summertime in Hyde Park on 14 July.

Being Williams' only UK open-air show of the year, the sense of occasion will be heightened with the weight of this support line-up.

Feeder are still one of the best live bands in Britain and are set add to the nostalgic atmosphere by blazing hits such as 'Seven Days In The Sun' and 'Buck Rogers' whilst reminding us of their reinvigorated creativity with tracks from their newest album All Bright Electric.

Tom Chaplin's Keane may be less heavy than Feeder but still manage to envelop the listener thanks to frank lyrics and powerful melodic arrangements. Tracks from their Hopes and Fears album tend to gain the most reaction. And given Chaplin's candid testimony about his past struggles with drug addiction, like his debut solo album The Wave, their return to the big stage is an encouraging sign of a more settled future for Keane.

Sharleen Spiteri's Texas, who have gone six time platinum with their album White on Blonde, may have their most successful commercial years behind them, but they recently headlined Royal Albert Hall and earned great reviews for their show which is said to outdo much of their recorded output.

Dance pop titans Black Eyes Peas, meanwhile, are capable of a rabble-rousing set with hits such as ‘I Gotta Feeling’, ‘Boom Boom Pow’ and ‘Pump It'.

In other Robbie Williams news, the 'Rock DJ' singer has reportedly been blasting Black Sabbath in an attempt to annoy his next door neighbour Jimmy Page over a home-extension row.
