Have you ever wondered what Alex Turner would sound like if he started glitching?

Look no further than Husky Loops, whose latest song ‘I Think You’re Wonderful’ is the epitome of their unique style.  The trio combine soulful, smooth vocals with sampling and an indie rock sensibility. Consisting of Danio (vocals & guitar), Pietro (drums & samples) and Tommaso (bass), the art-rock outfit have had a helping hand from Jim Eno (drummer of Spoon) on production for this latest cut.

Speaking about the track frontman and producer Danio details, “I Think You’re Wonderful” is a song about universal love, about forgiveness, about empathy, about resilience. I want people to listen to this one and feel encouraged to tell someone they care about that they’re wonderful. We have to be strong and love each other; in 2019 a lot of negative messages are being sold to us. The current political landscape worldwide is scary and our governments are promoting fear. I want our fans to listen to this song and feel empowered, happy, and full of spirit. Human beings are hard-wired to notice and remember negative news and events, but we need to have hope, we have to fight to stay happy and sane.”

Following on from previous singles ‘Everytime I Run’, ‘Love You Wrong’ and ‘Let Go For Nothing’, this new one incorporates a pop-ier melody into their ouevre, and will feature as part of their debut LP I Can’t Even Speak English, due for release on 6 September.
