Sounds of the City returns to Castlefield Bowl in Manchester next year for a series of huge shows. Foals, The Streets, DMA's, Haçienda Classical and more will headline their own separate concerts.

Everything Everything will support Foals on the opening night of the series, on 1 July 2020. The next day, Crowded House will take the main stage, followed by evenings with Kaiser Chiefs (with support Razorlight), Paul Heaton & Jacqui Abbott, Lewis Capaldi, DMA's (with The Blinders and The Lathums) and The Streets. The final night of the series, Saturday 11, will see Haçienda Classical headline.

Mike Skinner's gig on Friday 10 July as The Streets is likely to sell out, as is the inaugural night of the festival with Foals, who are becoming one of the most revered acts on the live circuit today: "a band at the absolute top of their game, a thorough joy to see live".

Lewis Capaldi's huge show will also undoubtedly draw in the punters thanks to his heart-wrenching chart-toppers and amusing social presence.

Alumni of Sounds of the City include Pixies, Kylie, Chic, New Order and Last Shadow Puppets.
