More about: The Wedding Present
Indie veterans The Wedding Present have announced a fun new project: the David Gedge-fronted band and friends will cover twenty Bond tracks for a special album that will donate its profits to CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably).
While Gedge himself will cover 'We Have All The Time in The World', band bassist Melanie Howard will take on Adele's 'Skyfall' under her solo guise Such Small Hands.

The idea for the project first came to Gedge on stage in New Zealand. "Throw in a beautiful sleeve design and here, seven years after that fateful sound check in Auckland, you have The Wedding Present… and their lovely friends… saluting the astounding music of Bond. James Bond" he said.
