"Come on: hit me with the facts" AMA sings on her brand new single 'Facts'. The drop comes with a video and lands a week after the announcement that the Londoner will be one of The Great Escape 2021's First Fifty.
Over light-hearted, clanking beats created by Harley & Ferg and Daniel Hylton-Nuamah, Ama sings - often times in a cadence that mirrors Beyoncé's - about facing the truth head on.
“Basically sometimes I can just be a stubborn ass bitch. I can also tend to get stuck in unhealthy routines or patterns and the most helpful thing in those moments for me sometimes is a slap of the truth from the people I love or even from myself. Facts is all about getting out of your funk, facing the harsh truth head on and auctioning that” she explained.
