Their first single of 2021, Walt Disco are back in stunning fashion with 'Selfish Lover'.

‘Selfish Lover’ captures all there is to love about the band. It has their humour, their style, and most importantly, an incredibly catchy chorus. It’s a great way to announce they’ve signed to Lucky Number, the home of Dream Wife, HINDS, and Sunflower Bean to name a few, and a great introduction into a possible Walt Disco new era.

With the single comes a fantastic video. It’s explosive and wild, it even comes with its own dance routine, sort of, what’s not to love?

On the new track, the band have said:

"Last year we got creative with thinking about old experiences - who can’t relate to having a relationship where they were with a selfish lover?! The monotony of writing songs in our pyjamas made us want to think about the fun and chaotic times of the past and give ourselves the feeling of a party in our bedrooms by referencing modern hyperpop, 2000s girl groups and the bands that inspired us to be who we are like Scissor Sisters, Dead or Alive and Frankie Goes To Hollywood.”
