Foals are back in a big way on their latest single in a particularly prolific era for the band. '2am' announces an album titled Life Is Yours which will follow in the summer, propping up another big festival season for the trio.

'2am' will make a lot of people very happy: guys, it looks like Foals are back in their 'My Number' zone with this one!

Frontman Yannis Philippakis said of the new track: "Musically, '2am' is one of the poppiest songs we've ever written. It's about repetitive cycles of destructive behaviour, which I think lots of people can relate to, and certainly it's an expression of something that I struggle with."

"There's something cathartic about expressing that feeling to this upbeat music that's got a sense of release and the hope of resolution," he added.
