London’s finest music and art collective NiNE8 are back with another gem in the form of ‘Imagination’. With nods to Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Jermaine Stewart, the collective are once again pushing the boundaries of music and art with their collaborative style.

Coming back to NiNE8 Collective even with impressive solo careers taking off within the group, ‘Imagination’ is yet more proof that music is a team sport. The new song is made up of different textures that come together to make something quintessentially NiNE8.
"[‘Imagination’] was one of the first songs we worked on together with us all being back in the studio” says Collective member Lorenzo. “The process felt extremely relaxed and therapeutic."
Lava La Rue says: "the chorus to 'Imagination' is inspired by the 1986 anthem ‘We Don't Have to Take Our Clothes Off' by Jermaine Stewart, before finishing with a nod to the 1971 film of 'Charlie & The Chocolate Factory'."
