Justin Timberlake is being sued by his own staff over claims his New York restaurant failed to pay them tips.
A busboy has also accused the singer, two of his business partners and Southern Hospitality BBQ's managers of failing to pay them the minimum wage or overtime.
The unnamed employee filed the lawsuit in Manhattan Federal Court last Friday (November 14th) on behalf of 50 other workers.
The lawsuit, which seeks unspecified damages, is the latest filed by New York restaurant staff concerned over their pay.
Restaurants and clubs owned by such stars as actor Robert De Niro and US rapper Jay-Z are also facing legal action.
