U2 are working with producer Danger Mouse on their new album, singer Bono has revealed.
The album, which is believed to be called 'Songs Of Ascent', is due out early next year.
Bono told Theage.com: "We have about 12 songs with him. At the moment that looks like the album we will put out next, because it's just happening so easily."
He said the Irish band were also recording a “club sounding record” with Lady Gaga producer RedOne, David Guetta and Will.i.am.
U2's manager Paul McGuinness revealed earlier this week that the band were close to releasing their next effort.
U2 released their last album, 'No Line On The Horizon', in 2009. They are currently on their 360 Degree world tour.
