This week, Jabberwocky became the latest festival to cancel at the last minute - with fans taking to Twitter to voice their frustration at the news and their attempts to get refunds.
Acts including Neutral Milk Hotel, James Blake, Darkside and Caribou were due to play at the festival on 15 and 16 August, but organisers announced yesterday (12 August) that, due to poor ticket sales, the festival has been cancelled.
Though the statement says that ticket refunds are available "at point of purchase", Dash Tickets this morning released a statement accusing ATP, the festival organisers, of being "deliberately misleading."
"It is for this reason that we feel compelled to make it clear that Dash has given to ATP all funds that Dash received for ticket sales to Jabberwocky. In addition to giving ATP all the ticketing funds, Dash has made substantial advances to ATP which remain unpaid, as do considerable fees for the work we have undertaken on their behalf.
"It is important that everyone knows that Dash Tickets is in no way responsible for ATPs financial problems, nor with their conduct post cancellation. We are very keen to learn where the money has gone!"
Many would-be Jabberwocky-goers are now becoming anxious as to where their refund will be coming from - or if they will even be able to get one at all.

From here on out I will be boycotting all @atpfestival events. They've conned so many people via Jabberwocky and refunds aren't happening.

The @atpfestival jabberwocky shambles goes from bad to worse. ATP & Dash both refusing refunds? The end of ATP in UK?

Got to wait until 9am to see if I can get my Jabberwocky money back from my credit card. ATP just passing the buck. Bah.

ATP are yet to comment on Dash Tickets' statement, though Dash say that they are taking legal advice in a nattempt to recover the funds they have lost.
