Michael Cera has released his debut album by surprise, titled True That. Hear it in full below.
The album, which consists of 18 folk songs, has already been endorsed by his friend and Superbad co-star Johah Hill, who tweeted: "My great friend Michael Cera not only is a brilliant actor, he also makes great music."
Unsurprisingly, the Arrested Development, Juno and Scott Pilgrim star's LP leans towards indie, lo-fi and folkier sounds. Have a listen, if you're into that kind of thing.

True That features a track list of mostly instrumental tunes and was released on Bandcamp, a private platform for independent artists. The album cover features Cera striking a playful pose with an adorable little girl in tow.
This isn't Cera's first foray into music however - the actor previously played bass for super-group Mister Heavenly whilst they were on tour in 2010. He also assisted with Weezer's album Hurley in the same year.
