This week saw Deadmau5 become an Uber driver for a night, taking it upon himself to take people around Toronto in his new Mclaren 650s.
Affectionately known as the "meowclaren" after ditching his previous car the "purarri" due to legal issues, the DJ announced his plans to test out his new wheels via twitter, stating he wanted to do it "for shits and giggles".
Staying true to his word, the producer then preceded to pick up and drop people off for hours on end last night (11 September) taking unsuspecting fans on a multitude of journeys which included taking one man to buy a burrito and others to clubs around the city.

Despite this seeming like a one-off occasion, the producer then expressed a interest to do it again in the future, meaning a lot of people in the area will no doubt be using the app a lot more from now on
Off the roads, Deadmau5 also made headlines recently after a pending lawsuit with Disney, who reportedly used his music without permission, after the company tried to take legal action for the DJ's use of his rodent symbol. `
