Morrissey has invited Canadian singer, Buffy Sainte-Marie to join him on his UK tour in March this year.
The social activist and musician posted the news on Twitter herself admitting she was 'scrambling dates to see if we can make the dates' expressing hope that she would be able to fit the tour in.
The 73-year-old's work focuses on the indigenous peoples of America, which is possibly a factor in Morrissey's decision to invite her on tour. She is also responsible for hits such as 'Now That the Buffalos Gone', 'Universal Soldier' and 'Until It's Time For You to Go'.
