The line-up for Latitude 2015 has been revealed - with Alt-J, Noel Gallagher and Portishead all set to headline alongside the likes of Manic Street Preachers, Caribou, James Blake and many more. Check out the full line-up and ticket details below.
The acclaimed Suffolk celebration of music and culture (famed for its pink sheep, relaxing atmosphere and eclectic mix of music, comedy, and literature) will be celebrating their tenth anniversary this July - and have marked the occasion with a pretty stellar bill.
“I'm delighted to reveal the first acts for Latitude 2015, with alt-j, Portishead, Noel Gallagher, Alan Davies, Jon Richardson and Jason Manford heading up a music and arts bill that is as strong as it is broad," said Latitude boss Melvin Benn. "This year is the 10th edition of the festival and we're celebrating with an event which, although it has evolved significantly from the intimate 15,000 capacity we started out with, I really feel has kept the special atmosphere and unique quality which sets it apart.
“Every year I challenge myself to build on previous summers and make the festival even better than the year before. With the start of a new decade in Latitude's history, I wanted to bring something really fresh and new to Henham and I think with the addition of the Solas area we've done just that, offering a holistic spa experience by day and a new late night party area to discover after sunset. Hot tubs and swimming in the lake will just be the icing on the cake for Latitude 2015 and I'm looking forward to welcoming back all our regular festival-goers, and seeing some new faces there this July.”
Portishead's Geoff Barrow said "I've been to Latitude before as a festival goer and really enjoyed it I think the effort they put into their whole programming - music, comedy and film - is what makes it a great festival to be part of. And I'm really looking forward to it.”
Noel Gallagher added: “Well not only have I never played at Latitude before, but I’ve never even been there, ever. So yes, I’m really looking forward to headlining the Festival on July 19th."
Latitude 2015 takes place at Henham Park in Suffolk from 14 - 16 July. For dates and ticket information, see below.
