It rained a hell of a lot - but not even that could dampen the spirits of these guys

Kendal Calling is over for another year - but boy, what a festival it was. It may have seen a pretty biblical downpour of rain, but not even that could dampen the spirits of the thousands that flocked to the beautiful Lake District for one of the best line-ups of the summer.
Not only did Gigwise take over the Calling Out stage for brilliant performances from the likes of Jimi Goodwin and Catfish & The Bottlemen, but the weekend brought in awesome shows by the likes of Suede, Frank Turner, Example, Miles Kane, Frightened Rabbit, Razorlight, Clean Bandit, Woman's Hour, Tom Odell and countless more.
Yep, it will certainly be a festival to remember - but also, thanks to you - the beautiful people of Kendal Calling 2014. Here they are in photos.
