17 November: Today marks the day that Jeff Buckley would have turned 48, had he not have lost his life in 1997. Though his artistic life was short-lived, his influence was not - as Grace and his flawless body of work continues to inspire generation after generation of artists.
From those who knew him, like Rufus Wainwright and PJ Harvey, to the artists who continued to be touched by his music or have their ambitions raised by his widescreen, adventure in sound, Buckley's influence on music has proven immeasurable.
