Courtney Love was in attendance at the premiere of Kurt Cobain documentary ‘Cobain: Montage of Heck’ at Sundance Film Festival 2015 yesterday.
The Hollywood Reporter revealed that Love and her daughter, Frances Bean Cobain were in attendance. Frances was the executive producer on the film, which is the first authorised film about the late music legend. The documentary which features previously unreleased music and home movies, will be accompanied by a book which will feature exclusive interviews, rare photography and other images from Cobain’s personal life.
A reporter for Associated Press snapped a rare picture of the mother and daughter together which was taken at the premiere. This was the first time the pair have been seen together in five years.
The film is named after one of Cobain’s mixtapes, which appeared online last year. The mixtape contains songs by artists such as The Beatles, Iron Maiden and Black Sabbath.
