Weezer have debuted a new track from their forthcoming album Everything Will Be Alright In The End. Listen to 'Back To The Shack' below.
The indie rock veterans' new cut 'Back To The Shack' debuted on American radio station KROQ, followed by radio stations throughout the world and their Youtube channel on Monday morning (21 July).
It's a pretty self-referential number, about shaking off and ignoring the trends of modern times and going back to rocking like they used to - and boy, do they. It's really good.
The track is their first since 2010 and is now available to buy on iTunes. The album, however, won't be released until 30th September .

Anticipation for their tenth studio album is going to gain momentum considering the track shows Weezer on top of their game and producing material to rival the quality of their early albums.
This return to form may largely be due to the reintroduction of Ric Ocasek at the controls. He produced Weezer's most commercially successful albums, 1994's triple platinum Weezer (aka the Blue Album) and 2001's platinum Weezer (aka the Green Album).
