Having achieved the No.1 album in the UK with This Is All Yours, the trio performed in the Live Lounge on Fearne Cotton's show this morning.
The band's twin vocalists Joe Newman and Gus Unger-Hamilton do their best take on Sam Smith, accompanied by the kind of dubstep wub we've come to know and love. Personally we think it's superior to the band's cover of "Lovely Day" that's on the album but maybe that's just us.

This week Alt-J achieved the number one album in the UK with This Is Yours. Their previous album, An Awesome Wave, peaked at number 13 but went on to win the Mercury Prize. Unger-Hamilton told Official Charts Company: "We're over the moon to see our album at number one. It was never something we thought we'd achieve, but it's our fans who have put us there so we owe this to them."
It's been a remarkable fortnight for the band after headlining Alexandra Palace on Wednesday. Alt-J's This Is All Yours finished over 5000 copies ahead of the week's second biggest seller Barbra Streisand’s Partners.
